Dallas - What happens when art, music, sneakers and sports are combined? Put these things together and there is usually a great time had by a very diverse crowd.

Wednesday evening, a large crowd converged on The Echo in Dallas’ downtown design district for an event growing in popularity - “Sneakeasy.” The 4th Annual Mavs Sneakeasy Experience, presented by Michelob ULTRA proved to be an exceptional event, with an even greater cause as its premise.

All ticket proceeds benefitted the Mavs Foundation, which provides limitless services to the community.

Just inside the doors of The Echo, guests were surrounded by vintage sneaker galleries and immersed in art. Never before seen or rarely acquired Jordans were on display. Vendors shared original pieces to highlight sneakers and hand-crafted pendants to adorn sneakers. There was even a live art experience, featuring exclusive pieces from Blue the Great.

All guests received a custom Mavs sneaker carry case, two complimentary drinks courtesy of Michelob Ultra, swag from Lonely Sinn, Dummyfresh, Pasos for Oak Cliff, Soleplier and Nollege Centre. The crowd also received a sneak peek at an upcoming release for Kyrie Irving’s Sneaker Politics.

Throughout the event, the crowd enjoyed the sounds of DJ Mike B. There was a special all-vinyl showcase by DJ Love later in the evening. To finish off the musical performances of the evening, Dallas’ BigXthaPlug took the stage. As part of his set, he invited fellow Dallas native and celebrated rapper Big Tuck.
