2022 Forced Me to Bet on Myself

I’ve bet on myself in more ways than a few in 2022…

For 12 years, I’ve written speeches for CEOs, internal communications for corporations and developed marketing strategies for various businesses.

For 15 years, I’ve served as a professional photographer - capturing corporate teams, families, headshots, graduation portraits, newborns, professional sports, quinceañeras, real estate, weddings and more.

For 11 years I taught high school English, English as a Second Language, Reading and Journalism. Serving as a teacher means I can do ANYTHING.

For 20 years, I’ve been an active journalist - a REAL journalist. I actually “fact find,” locate newsworthy stories, cover the 5Ws and the H, feature businesses and individuals in the community, interview subjects and write extensive cover stories.

Because I can do ALL THINGS - I began a new business and immediately earned the trust of 10 new clients within the first month.

As Social Media Marketing Manager, I help businesses establish and maintain a positive presence on social media. I create and capture “content.” I photograph products in a way that will tell a story. I write verbiage that doesn’t need to be edited. I also draft press releases, bios, product descriptions - and share them with the greater media.
