Regina King has been around for years. Quietly and eloquently, the actress has commanded both the scene and the stage for over 30 years.

Monday night, King received her third Emmy Award - this time as Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her role in Netflix’s Seven Seconds.

King was clearly surprised by the recognition and the standing ovation she received in the Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater nearly left her speechless.
