There is much to be appreciated about the cultures and customs of South Asia. Last weekend, Fashion X Founder Matt Swinney and his team somehow meshed an ever-growing Dallas fashion scene with fashion designers from both Pakistan and India.

For the second year in a row, SixtyFiveHundred served as the venue of choice.

Ticketholders were encouraged to show off Black Tie or South Asian Formal in the central Dallas building, which was transformed into a South Asian showplace.

The lineup included original designs from Rana Norman, House of Cynthia, Jaya Shukla for Bridal Motif, Valerie Gramino, Varun Bahl, Silk Threads by Ruby Bhandari, Miles David, Abi Ferrin, Maryam Khizer, Nava by Ayesha Qasim, Shusi, House of Dasha and Erum Khan.

Models embraced the unique designs. Spectators were wowed by the fashion. Designers were celebrated for their originality. The enthusiastic crowd thrilled sponsors.
